Trusting Your Intuition
“Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction.”
— Rumi
As I get older and lean more deeply into my own understanding, I find myself less likely to run after every retreat, every new idea, or every outside answer.
Not because those paths do not have value. They do.
I cherish every path that has led me here. Every lesson. Every teacher. Every experience. Every season of searching.
But I am beginning to understand that we all have innate access to wisdom. Some of it comes through study. Some through direct experience. Some through pain, joy, failure, love, loss, and beginning again.
There is a wisdom that lives within us.
So now, I sit with myself more honestly.
I ask the hard questions.
I challenge my comfort, knowing that growth often asks something of us. It asks whether we are willing to stretch, to release, to trust, and to become.
I work with my emotions and ask for grace along the way.
I remember that we are interconnected beings. And when we are truly content, we do not want peace only for ourselves. We want it for everyone.
I tap into my intuition and learn to trust that I already carry what I need, even as I remember that I am never alone.
I am grateful for every moment. Every day. Every chance to experience this life.
And my deepest prayer is that all beings may know peace, love, and freedom from suffering — if not now, then one day.
