Join us for an eight-week exploration of the Tao Te Ching, one of the world's most beloved and enduring spiritual texts. Through silent meditation, study, reflection, and community dialogue, we will explore how the timeless wisdom of the Tao can support a life of balance, simplicity, compassion, and presence.
Whether you are new to Taoism or have studied the text for years, this series offers an opportunity to engage deeply with its teachings in a welcoming and supportive community.
No prior experience with meditation, Taoism, or Buddhist practice is required.
What to Expect
Each weekly session includes:
Silent Meditation (10 minutes)
Opening Reading (5 minutes)
Teaching & Reflection (25 minutes)
Community Discussion (15 minutes)
Closing Reflection (5 minutes)
The format is designed to balance contemplation, learning, and conversation while encouraging participants to discover how the teachings apply to everyday life.
